The project aims to serve 1,394 residential plots in Al Ebb & Leabaib areas through the provision of integrated infrastructure services and enhanced local streets to provide connectivity to the main network of road, as well as public facilities in the vicinity such as schools, mosques, commercial complexes.
The project includes:
A roads network with a total length of 22 km
Road safety features including street lighting & road signs and marking
a 44 km-long pedestrian and cycle lanes
1690 car parking bays
20 km-long foul sewer network
23 km surface and groundwater drainage network
6.5 km Treated Sewerage Effluent (TSE) network
A new system to ensure the flow distribution will be provided and connected with Qatar’s main sewage network with increased capacity, to provide proper protection for the area against flooding
